Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 basic (depending on experience and billing)
Location: Bristol or Cheltenham

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing tech recruitment team in Bristol and Cheltenham. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and engaging top talent to building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through a variety of channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from interviews to offer negotiations
• Consistently achieve and exceed billing targets
• Develop a deep understanding of your market sector to provide expert advice
• Work collaboratively within the team to share best practices and drive success

• Experience in tech/IT recruitment
• A proven track record of billing success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
